Every “yes” makes a difference—and in 2025, 663,218 people across Wisconsin said YES and registerd as an organ, tissue and eye donor at their local DMV offices!

Thanks to our incredible DMV partners and the generosity of Wisconsinites, more individuals than ever joined the Wisconsin Donor Registry — bringing hope to the more than 100,000 people nationwide waiting for a lifesaving transplant.

Nearly 56% of customers who visit the DMV chose to register when given the opportunity. That’s the power of a simple decision made in a moment that can last a lifetime.
