Capital City Run/Walk for Organ, Tissue & Eye Donation
National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin’s Capital City 5K Run/Walk, Goodman Pool, 325 W Olin Ave, Madison, WI 53715. The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) its annual family run/walk—the Capital City 5K. The run/walk begins at twilight (6:30 p.m.) on Capitol Square, winding along the bike path next to Lake Monona and ending at Goodman Park with a private pool party. All proceeds support patient/caregiver HELPLINE and the Transplant and Living Donation programs of the NKFW. More details and registration information.

- Packet Pick up Registered Participants
- Walk in Registration Open
- Drop off Fundraising Contributions
Shuttle Buses – Running continuously between Goodman Park and Capitol Square
Welcome – Capitol Square 2 East Main Street, Madison
- Opening Ceremony
- National Anthem
- Race Line up – Runners first, followed by walkers and organized by corral
Race Starts! – Capitol Square 2 East Main Street, Madison
There will be two (2) water stations and porta-potties along the route.
**Note** One mile walkers should stop at the one mile mark and take the shuttle bus back to Goodman Park.
