Donate Life Wisconsin (DLW) supports its mission through a grants program. Letters of Intent (LOI) online applications for 2027 projects accepted April 27, 2026 through June 1, 2026 (5:00 p.m. Central).
A virtual information session will be available on April 29 from noon to 1 p.m.
